To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.

Please note that we can only accept returns for items that have been requested in advance, and any items sent back to us without prior authorization will be refused.

Damages and Issues
It’s important to inspect your order upon receiving it to ensure that it’s free from defects, damage, or incorrect items. If you do notice any issues, please get in touch with us immediately, and we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
While we’re happy to accept most returns, there are a few exceptions. Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items cannot be returned, and we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the original item first. Once we’ve received and processed your return, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If your refund is approved, we’ll process it automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
